二： Introduction of air cooled chiller

1. chiller is a kind of refrigeration equipment composed of refrigeration system, waterway system and electrical system. The core is refrigeration system, which is composed of compressor, evaporator, condenser and expansion valve. The waterway system is composed of water pump pipeline and related valve components. The electrical system is composed of temperature controller and electrical components. Air cooled box type chiller is a chiller whose condenser (radiator) is fin type, which dissipates heat through one or more external rotor fans and the environment.

2. core advantages of air-cooled type: it has its own refrigeration system, water pump, water tank and control system, which can be installed by customers on site, and can be used after power and water supply, without complicated installation process. It is used in areas where water sources are scarce and cooling water sources are inconvenient.

1. the temperature control system adopts a microcomputer controller, which has a simple and generous interface, intuitive and easy operation, and all kinds of operation indication conditions are clear at a glance. The wide temperature range can be adjusted arbitrarily between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃.

2. Danfoss, Denmark, Sanyo, Daikin, Copeland and other international well-known brands are adopted as the core components of the compressor, which is the guarantee of reliable operation of the unit.

4. the standard evaporator is 304 stainless steel water tank coil evaporator, and stainless steel plate evaporator/shell and tube evaporator can be selected.

5. the pipeline connection system can be configured with galvanized pipe, plastic pipe, stainless steel and other materials according to the customer's requirements.

6. the fluid equipment shall be domestic well-known brands, such as Hangzhou Nanfang, Grundfos, Weile, and Hangzhou Xinjie, or imported brand pumps or special customized pumps are required according to the process needs.

7. the electrical appliance adopts internationally famous electrical components such as LS Schneider Siemens Omron, without the need for special equipment room.

8. it has its own cooling system, cooling water pump, chilled water pump and water tank, which is easy to move and can be used after startup. It is suitable for water shortage areas and mobile occasions.
